Frequently Asked Questions
Animals are packed in oxygenated bags inside insulated boxes with heat or cold packs when needed, and sent by express courier. Orders in Bangkok and the surrounding area usually arrive the next day, and the rest of Thailand within 1–2 days. We ship early in the week so that parcels never wait in a depot over the weekend.
Please open the box in good light and take photos or a short video within two hours of delivery. Send them to us through the contact form or by email and we will arrange a replacement or store credit for any animal that arrives dead or visibly unwell.
Switch off the tank light, float the sealed bag in the aquarium for 15–20 minutes, then add a small amount of tank water to the bag every 5 minutes for about 30 minutes. Net the fish into the tank and discard the bag water. Shrimp, snails and other invertebrates are more sensitive and are best acclimatised slowly with a drip line over about one hour.
Every product page lists adult size, water temperature, water type, temperament and the minimum tank volume. Match these values with your tank and with the animals you already keep. If you are unsure, send us your tank size and species list and we will help you check compatibility before you order.
You can pay with the online payment methods shown at checkout, or choose cash on delivery for dry goods and equipment where available. Your order is confirmed by email as soon as payment is received.
No. We only offer species that may legally be kept and traded in Thailand, and we avoid species listed as invasive or restricted. Live animals cannot be returned for health and biosecurity reasons, but unused and unopened equipment, food and accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
