Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns and use of this website are handled. Please read them before placing an order. By ordering from CSAquatic you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if a species cannot be shipped safely (for example in extreme weather), or if it cannot be traded legally in your location. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout, or by cash on delivery where available. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.

3. Live animals and plants

Livestock is shipped in oxygenated packaging by express courier. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel on the delivery day. Report any loss or illness with photos or a video within two hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. We cannot offer this where the parcel was not collected, or where the tank was not properly cycled or acclimatised.

4. Legal compliance

We offer only species that may legally be kept and traded in Thailand. You are responsible for following local rules on keeping animals. Never release aquarium animals or plants into natural waterways.

5. Returns of equipment

Unused, unopened equipment, food and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Live animals cannot be returned for health and biosecurity reasons.

6. Liability

We take care in selecting and packing every order, but we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect tank setup, medication, power failure or other circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
